The hotel has a convenient location near La Mer and close to Salima and Katya. The rooms are small, not comfortable, and in need of renovations. Service was inconsistent; while some staff took extra initiatives, there were misleading information and charges. The dining experience lacked variety and cleanliness. The facilities need improvement for a more pleasant stay.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, set in separate villas among fountains, streams, and gardens, were surprisingly spacious with all necessary facilities, but the interior looked very old and outdated. The service, especially from Mr Ruslan and Mr Abhijit at the front desk, was warm and helpful, though there were issues with the dining service not being reliable. The location is a standout feature, offering a relaxing atmosphere in the heart of Dubai, near the beach and surrounded by greenery. The dining options were limited, and cleanliness was a concern in the dining area, but the Indonesian food was a highlight. Overall, the facilities were decent, providing standard amenities for a comfortable stay.
