Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel offers spacious rooms with lots of room/open facilities but the bathroom in the Executive Suite was very small. The location is good near the beach and surrounded by greenery, although it lacks a cover during rain. The service is friendly and helpful but they seemed to forget something. The dining experience was excellent with lovely staff in the seafood restaurant.
The hotel is in an amazing location with access to restaurants and the beach, offering a private jacuzzi in the room. While the rooms were outdated and needed better cleaning, the surroundings and amenities make up for it.
Staying at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms felt very private and secluded, which was nice, but they were a bit small for the price. Despite the convenient accessibility to various amenities, the outdoor noise from honking cars and party crowds was a downside.
The hotel was clean but needs revamping. I had a slight issue with the shower water pressure, but it was promptly fixed. The room attendants were sometimes forgetful in replacing items. The hotel seemed old and tired, definitely not a 5-star resort and not suitable for my family.
The hotel's location is fantastic, close to shopping, the beach, and many dining options. The rooms are dark and not very fancy, with a balcony view of workmen and noise. Service is top-notch, although staff could be more pleasant. The dining experience offers high-quality options but lacks hygiene in food presentation. The hotel has ample space around the pools and close to popular attractions, but noise may be a concern considering the mediocre view.
The hotel has a convenient location near La Mer and close to Salima and Katya. The rooms are small, not comfortable, and in need of renovations. Service was inconsistent; while some staff took extra initiatives, there were misleading information and charges. The dining experience lacked variety and cleanliness. The facilities need improvement for a more pleasant stay.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, set in separate villas among fountains, streams, and gardens, were surprisingly spacious with all necessary facilities, but the interior looked very old and outdated. The service, especially from Mr Ruslan and Mr Abhijit at the front desk, was warm and helpful, though there were issues with the dining service not being reliable. The location is a standout feature, offering a relaxing atmosphere in the heart of Dubai, near the beach and surrounded by greenery. The dining options were limited, and cleanliness was a concern in the dining area, but the Indonesian food was a highlight. Overall, the facilities were decent, providing standard amenities for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite cramped with only a tiny window facing a concrete wall, and it was a hassle to lug my luggage to the second floor without an elevator. However, the staff, though slightly forgetful at times, were really nice and friendly. The location was a mixed bag - far from the beach but a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The dining was a bit of a letdown with average food quality. Overall, the value for the price paid was questionable.
The hotel is in a great location, very close to La Mer with a fantastic view. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but lacking outdoor furniture on the balcony was a downside. Service was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to help. The dining options were varied, but the inconsistency with opening times was a negative point.
